This has opened a lot of doors for me, helped me make friends, and allowed opportunities for people to put respect on my name.

But I’m not always kind, and in those moments I usually have doors close, friends grow distant, lose opportunities, and customers lose respect.

What I’ve found is that kindness is not just something you should do automatically for moral reasons, but because the benefits of kindness far outweigh the alternatives.
