Make sure whatever you are doing in life, no matter what it is, you do it with quality!

And when you are practicing alone in your room, hold yourself accountable and make sure you are not blowing through your practice without quality. If you have to play something slower, humble yourself and understand that building chops takes time. If you do not focus on quality playing in your practice time, you will not see it in your performance.
