WHAT DO YOU LOOK LIKE?
This is a question you should be asking at all times. And don't just think about what your hands look like, think about every visual aspect possible. Posture, body language, and facial expressions communicate the same (and usually more) as words.
Being self aware is key to visually representing the greatness you want to convey. So always ask yourself, "What Do I Look Like?" And constantly calibrate yourself to the standards set by your ensemble. This will not only make you a better performer, but will help make your ensemble look more confident.
