Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the www.gridbookpercussion.com website. Gridbook Percussion Academy is operated by Gridbook Percussion, (Also referred to as: “Gridbook Academy”, “Gridbook”, “us”, "we", or "our").

By accessing our service or purchasing a subscription you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you do not have permission to access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use our Service.

By signing up for a subscription to Gridbook Academy, you agree to pay the listed price at the chosen interval indefinitely until you cancel your subscription.

All subscriptions renew automatically based on the subscription type. If you choose the Monthly Subscription it will renew every 30 days. If you chose the Annual Subscription it will renew every 12 months. The automatic renewal will continue until you cancel.

You can switch your subscription to a different plan at any time by logging into your account and purchasing a new plan. Your membership will switch immediately after purchase to the new plan and you will pay a pro-rated amount based on the time remaining from your previous subscription.

Login to your account,

Go to "Account"
Click on “Account Info"
Under “Change Subscription”, select the new subscription you want from the drop-down menu.

On the next billing cycle, you will not be charged and your account will transition to a “Free Account” with limited access to the site.

You are responsible for canceling your subscription. If you accidentally forget to cancel we will not offer a refund.

To cancel your subscription, login to your account:

Go to "Account".
Click on “Account Info"
Under “Manage Subscription”, select “Cancel Subscription”.

NOTE: You may reactivate your subscription at any time. 

If you pay for a subscription with us then we assume you are using it. Your membership with us is just like a gym membership. If you do not use it, you are still charged until you cancel your subscription.

You are responsible for canceling your subscription. If you accidentally forget to cancel we will not offer a refund.

You May Not:

- Sell, rent, or sub-license any material from our Service.

- Re-publish our materials.

- Redistribute our materials. (Except for content specifically made for redistribution)

- Reproduce, duplicate, or copy our materials for any commercial purpose.

- Edit or otherwise modify our materials.

- Show any materials from our Service in public.

As a member of Gridbook Academy, you are encouraged to record yourself playing to tracks accessed through our website. If you upload a video like this to a video hosting website (i.e. YouTube) we ask that you give accurate credit and not monetize the video. We reserve all rights to any original Gridbook content found in media you post.

1. Members may not post material that is offensive, obscene, fraudulent, harmful, threatening, abusive or hateful.

2. Members may not post materials that infringe copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

3. Members may not interfere with the enjoyment of other Member’s use of our Service. 

4. Members may not use this site to conduct any activity that is illegal or that violates the rights of others.

5. Members may not use this site to advertise or sell products or services to others.

6. Members must immediately inform Gridbook Staff if they have reason to believe that a member is infringing any copyrighted materials. A member posting material represents that such material is unique to the member or used with permission from the copyright holder. Gridbook has no responsibility for the content of any material posted by members, and reserves the right to edit or delete any posts, videos, comments, information, or other such material posted on this site. Gridbook may also refuse access to the site to any member that violates this agreement.

NOTE: Any post made by a member contains the opinions and views of that individual and Gridbook is not responsible for the accuracy of those views and opinions.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Your use of such sites is solely at your own risk. You acknowledge and agree that Gridbook is not responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by any third-party web sites or services.

Our Service is provided without warranties of any kind. We provide materials that have proven to be effective for musicians in the past, but the success you encounter while using our service will vary. You are ultimately responsible for the progress you make.

Gridbook does not warrant that:

B. Any errors or defects will be corrected.

C. Our Service is free of viruses or other harmful components.
